As our IT Service Desk Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for any tech hiccups, helping our staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You'll dive into tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you'll pick up new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your tech know-how. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh, so you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues Log, track, and follow up on support tickets Manage IT stock control, updating CMDB & Shipping devices to new users Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios What You'll Have You're studying MBO Computer Science or a related field Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus You're cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented You can think analytically and solve problems on the fly You enjoy working in a team and communicating clearly English is a must; local language is a nice bonus A great sense of humour and willingness to learn Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona What We Offer An amazing work environment with a fantastic vibe and lots of positive energy On the job coaching and guidance Monthly compensation for your internship (please note that travel costs are not reimbursed) The opportunity to work and learn at a dynamic, young, international organisation; we're a real game changer in the hospitality industry The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change A first glimpse into the world of Hospitality with one of the most innovative players in the market Access to the amazing TSH facilities, including our awesome restaurant and gym.
