I am looking for an Associate Clinical Supply Chain to join our biotech client in Breda. This role plays a key part in managing the clinical study setup process within a GMP, GDocP, and GDP-regulated supply chain. You will support Project Managers in the Clinical Supply Chain to efficiently and effectively lead the global design and setup of clinical supply chains for assigned clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management in ERP (SAP):

  • The central point of contact for ERP (SAP) readiness
  • Initiate clinical label material requests
  • Request Finished Drug Product Materials, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements, and Custom Values to ensure timely availability and adherence to project timelines
  • Ensure the setup of Study Design Tables

Setup Activities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize the clinical artwork creation process by initiating and managing request forms, facilitating discussions, and resolving outstanding queries
  • Create and maintain Product Specification Files throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
  • Set up and maintain third-party depot plans and cross-docks to support the global study footprint

Reporting:

  • Maintain Metrics for the Global Setup Lead team
  • Contribute to the monthly Workforce Planning Cycle

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
  • Relevant working experience, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in an international and regulated environment
  • Understanding of logistics/supply chain principles (especially BOM)
  • Experience in planning and project management techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • Ability to set priorities and escalate issues timely

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of clinical supply chain management
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines impacting clinical supplies (GxP, ICH guidelines, Clinical Trial Directive)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
