Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. (MSI) is a global leader in computer hardware, renowned for our innovation in servers, motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks, tablets, desktops, and IT peripherals.

We are expanding our footprint in Europe with the EPS business unit, a dynamic new division under Micro-Star Netherlands Holding BV. EPS focuses on the sales and marketing of AI-powered servers, motherboards, and complete L10 systems across Europe. Based in Son (near Eindhoven, Netherlands), we distribute through an extensive network of distributors and resellers.

To drive this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who will play a crucial role in growing our customer base, strengthening relationships, and establishing MSI as a key player in the European AI server market.

Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager EPS, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and business development across the European region. Your primary focus will be to establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and resellers. You will play a vital role in creating new sales channels while also ensuring the continued growth of existing ones.

Your ability to identify new business opportunities will be essential in increasing market penetration. By recognizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities, you will contribute directly to revenue growth and strengthen MSI's position in the market. To achieve this, you will work closely with our marketing team, aligning sales strategies with market trends and customer needs. Before embarking on business trips, which will make up around 40% of your time, you will develop clear strategic approaches to maximize your impact in each territory.

Beyond direct sales, you will act as a brand ambassador for MSI, ensuring that customers and partners recognize our cutting-edge AI-driven enterprise solutions. Your role will require a deep understanding of MSI's Server products, industry trends, and customer challenges, enabling you to provide insights and solutions that add value to our partners and drive long-term business success.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in (Commercial) Business Economics.
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in the server industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships in:
  • Cloud Service Providers
  • Channel business for distributors
  • System Integrators, Telcos, and large enterprises
  • Experience in the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
  • Passion for consumer electronics and computer hardware.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
