Title: Senior Clinical Research AssociateCompany: Global Leading CROLocation: Remote - NetherlandsOur client is seeking an experienced CRA II or Senior CRA with strong oncology expertise—ideally including Phase I—to take full ownership of assigned clinical protocols. The role involves a blend of contract negotiation, start-up activities, monitoring, and close-out, offering the opportunity to manage 1–2 studies end-to-end. This position may be office-based or home-based and typically involves 6–8 monitoring visits, with flexibility.Main ResponsibilitiesManage study activities across start-up, contract negotiation, monitoring, and close-out.Perform independent on-site and remote monitoring in compliance with GCP and protocol requirements.Take full ownership of assigned 1–2 oncology protocols, ensuring high-quality execution throughout the study lifecycle.Maintain strong communication with sites, vendors, and internal teams.Prepare monitoring reports and ensure timely resolution of site issues.Main RequirementsCRA II or Senior CRA level experience.Minimum 1.5 years of independent monitoring experience.Oncology experience required; Phase I experience preferred.Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).Ability to manage multiple tasks with autonomy and accountability.Willingness to travel for 6–8 monitoring visits (flexible).Interested?
