Als ERP Consultant combineer je consultancy met support en zoek je altijd naar de beste oplossing. Samen met een ervaren team en andere experts werk je aan succesvolle, multidisciplinaire projecten. De functie valt binnen de Revenu-organisatie van Axerrio en het Implementation & Onboarding (I&O) team. Als Implementation Consultant (m/v) verzorg je implementaties van Axerrio software bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Vanuit Axerrio ben jij het aanspreekpunt (projectleiding) en implementeer je de software. Je maakt een planning, stemt de werkzaamheden af met je collega's van het I&O-team en andere teams, en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het proces. Naast nieuwe implementaties zul je soms ook werken aan verbeteringen aan bestaande oplossingen bij klanten. Je wil je graag verdiepen in Axerrio ERP en E-commerce software om met jouw opgedane kennis waarde te leveren in de projecten. Als achtergrond breng je mee dat je bewezen in staat bent zelfstandig projecten in goede banen te kunnen leiden waarbij het effectief communiceren met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus in de (klant)organisatie geen probleem voor je is. Heeft een HBO werk- en denkniveau; Heeft enkele jaren werkervaring in een professionele B2B omgeving als Implementatie-/ Product consultant of (technisch) projectleider; Heeft ervaring met ERP/E-commerce software en kennis van MSSQL; is zeer communicatief vaardig (in woord en geschrift) in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré) en is assertief; Kan kwaliteit leveren onder druk, maar vindt uitdaging in het continue verbeteren van processen (zowel binnen Axerrio als voor onze klanten); Is leergierig en heeftde wil en motivatie om de Axerrio Business Software producten te doorgronden. Een zelfstandige, flexibele en veelzijdige functie binnen een groeiende organisatie; Plezierige werkomgeving binnen een gedreven team van enthousiaste collega's waar uiteraard de vrijdagmiddag borrel niet mag ontbreken.
