PRINCIPAL, NSW SALES CEMEAWho You'll Work WithThe Sr. Principal NSW SALES CEMEA will be part of the EMEA SALES organisation and report into the Sr. Sales Director NSW.Key stakeholders that he/she/they will work with include (but are not limited to): CEMEA sales leaders and executives, peer NSW sales channel leaders, channel merchandising and NSW focused planning leaders.Who We Are Looking ForFor the Sr. Principal NSW SALES CEMEA role we are looking for a candidate that:Holds a number of years of relevant industry experience in creating, leading and executing a commercial strategy through the lens of a category, region or key account. Can translate a Global/Geography strategy to a region specific consumer-centric strategyHas a proven track record in growing revenue through product differentiation and diversification, assortment elevation and marketplace expansionExcels in multi level and cross-functional stakeholder management, both internally and externallyHas a growth mindset and strong knowledge / interest in sneaker and streetwear cultureWhat You'll Work OnAs part of the EMEA NSW Sales team you will work with your leader, peers, cross-functional collaborators and regional representatives on further developing and accelerating the NSW business in the CEMEA region:You will translate the Global/Geo NSW direction to CEMEA specific multi-year and seasonal strategies and lead the implementation and execution of said strategyYou will do this by creating channel specific differentiation, facilitate retail experience elevation and advise on channel and partner expansionYou will help gather region-specific consumer insights and apply these into your commercial strategy as well as inform channel/consumer merchandising teams on marketplace needs and growth opportunitiesYou will lead seasonal GTM planning and execution to drive readiness and inspiration across the sport category by channelYou support Strategic Account & Country seasonal commercial targets, including specific channel growth goalsYou will engage with key stakeholders in the region through seasonal GTM (code) moments and other targetted internal and account facing meetings
