Full time employee | Fluent Dutch speaking required
- Salary: Upto €80,000 depending on experience level
- Location: Utrecht office once a week
- Level: Mid or Senior 2-5+ years
Does this sound like your experience?
- 2+ years IAM experience in a similar role in house or consulting - e.g. project managing? IAM Business Analyst? IAM Manager? Technical focus but want to move to business?
- Experience with IAM Deployments / Implementations across any of the major IAM solutions (e.g. sailpoint, one identity etc)
Business Analyst or similar experience unrelated to Identity & Access Management isn't what they're looking for right now.

What you'll be doing - Identity and Access Management Consultant
As an IAM Business Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll be part of an international group of experts in Identity & Access Management (IGA, CIAM, PAM) across Europe, joining their Dutch office where there's a handful of other consultants currently (and growing)
Across Public Sector, Retail, Financial Services and beyond, you'll:
> Be working closely with executives and stakeholders
> Translating business requirements into clear, actionable IAM strategies.
> Your expertise will guide clients through governance, compliance, and risk management
> You'll be mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement...
