As an Operator at IFF, you will be a key player in our production department, ensuring the quality of everyday products. You'll transform flavorings into powders with precision, making a local and international impact.
What you will do
- Accuracy: ensure all raw materials are collected and weighed with the precision our quality standards demand
- Processing: add ingredients to machines and monitor the correct processing of materials
- Recipes: follow detailed recipes and carefully blend ingredients to create the best flavor combinations
- Packaging: fill the final products into bags and prepare them for shipment, maintaining attention to detail
- Teamwork: collaborate with the team to contribute to groundbreaking projects and community engagement

- Competitive monthly salary between €3400 - €3600
- Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment with guaranteed hours
- Full-time role across 3 shifts
- Additional 5.12% ADV allowance on top of your hourly wage
- Travel allowance of €0.42 per kilometer and pension from week one
Functie-eisen
- Flexible availability for 3-shift work;
- Proficiency in Dutch/English at B2 level;
- Experience production
- Physical capability to lift 20-25 kg bags at times;
- Precise, disciplined, and hardworking
