Social Media Manager

(with a love for data and strategy)

Hey  

Truus is looking for a Social Media Manager (with a passion for data and strategy). The Social Media Manager will be the connection between our creative team, our community managers and the creative directors. We love creating things, but specifically things that will work - like our viral posts for HEMA, KFC en Netflix. And to be able to keep this going (and keep winning Best Agency in the Best Social awards ), we need your help to:

  • Understand what works and what doesn't based on numbers and social sentiment 
  • Be on top of trends we could jump into 
  • Read the numbers to get insights 
  • Set benchmarks and inform the team whether we're meeting them or we're missing something 
  • Guide the general team with feedback on what we should keep doing and what we should do differently 
  • Be a part of brainstorms to help the team make informed decisions on the creative path 
  • You are not afraid to give constructive feedback to a team based on data / social listening
  • You can also jump into the community management world to have some fun 
  • Ideally you have experience using tools like Brand Watch 
  • Fluency in Dutch preferred 
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience, but feel free to challenge us
