As Sales Representative (m/f/x) you're responsible for consulting and selling high-quality devices and systems for dental practices in your sales area, you also develop and manage new customers and build and maintain a personal network of dealerships / partners / OEM partners.


  • You are responsible for consulting and selling high-quality devices and systems for dental practices in your sales area.
  • In your region, you maintain resident dentists and the existing, very good dealer network of dental specialist shops.
  • Develop and manage new customers, build and maintain a personal network of dealerships / partners / OEM partners.
  • Communicate and educate on our Guided Biofilm Therapy method (GBT).
  • Present product innovations at the customer's site and represent our company at regional and national trade fairs, congresses and professional training.
  • Conduct smaller workshops on a regional level and support local distributors.

  • Ideally, you have a background in dentistry, medical technology or business administration.
  • You have relevant professional experience in consultative sales
  • At best, you are familiar with the areas of dental hygiene or prophylaxis and familiar with the Dutch dental market.
  • You can identify very well with the EMS concept of Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and our high-quality products.
  • Strong communicator, skilled in dealing with demanding target groups.
  • Your approach is always positive, results and solution-oriented.
  • Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting – strong deal-orientation.
  • Quick comprehension skills and direct transfer of acquired knowledge from sales and product training.
  • A team player who is inspirational and professional, self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proactive, independent and careful way of working.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills (oral and written).
