From HVAC and electrical systems to safety checks and minor repairs, your work helps maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, ultimately contributing to improving the lives of cancer patients.You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you enjoy technical challenges, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, this might be a great new opportunity for youPlease note that this is a full-time, onsite role at our Utrecht offices.Responsibilities Perform technical and structural maintenance to keep our two office building and labs operational and safe.Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in technical installations.Log and process service requests in facility management systems.Conduct safety and compliance checks, including legionella inspections.Supervise external technicians and support maintenance projects.Manage tools, materials, and stock for repairs and maintenance.Support facility-related projects, internal moves, and event setups.On call duty: takes part in the on-call duty team outside regular working hours.Requirements MBO-level education in a technical field.VCA VOL certification.A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.Experience in facility or technical support.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset.Good command of Dutch & English (spoken and written).Knowledge of MS Office and facility management tools.You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.About YouYou are passionate about our purpose and genuinely care about our mission to transform the lives of patients through innovative cancer treatmentYou bring rigor and excellence to all that you do.
