Wat ga jij doen als Associate - Corporate Finance - Energy & Natural Resources?

Als Associate bij KPMG corporate finance houdt je je dagelijks bezig met alle fases in het proces van waarderingsvraagstukken, overname of financieringstransacties en  strategische analyses in de energiesector. Op basis van je ervaring draag je bij aan het winnen en het uitvoeren van opdrachten maar werk je ook verder aan het verder uitbouwen van je eigen netwerk.

Binnen ons team is plaats voor gedreven corporate finance professionals met transactie en/of waarderingservaring. In ons sub-team dat zich voornamelijk richt op energy & natural resources werk je aan diverse opdrachten tegelijkertijd en wordt je op meerdere vlakken in het proces hét KPMG aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

  • Hoe begeleid je een transactieproces van business development tot succesvolle closing?
  • Hoe bepaal je de waarde van een onderneming?
  • Welke ervaring breng jij in om ons team nog sterker te maken?
  • Hoe manage je verschillende stakeholders in een complexe en dynamische omgeving?
  • Wat wordt jouw bijdrage aan onze prettige en informele werkomgeving?
Dit neem jij mee
  • Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring binnen de energiesector.
  • Afgeronde masteropleiding Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of andere financiële / technische studie.
  • Ambitieus, proactief, analytisch, cijfermatig sterk, teamspeler, goed presteren onder druk.
  • Oprechte interesse in complexe vraagstukken.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
