Creëren van een verbetercultuur, overwinnen van weerstand in het veranderproces en structureel oplossen van procesproblemen zijn woorden die jou omschrijven. Jij bent analytisch zeer sterk en een geboren coach.Als Continuous Improvement Green Belt met Lean Six Sigma kennis breng je de systemen, kennis en cultuur, welke nodig zijn voor continuous improvement in de toegewezen Business Unit organisatie. Het resultaat is een zichzelf voortdurend verbeterende organisatie. De focus is de beste kwaliteit en service voor de klant op de meest efficiënte wijze. Er zijn posities beschikbaar in: Utrecht, Tilburg, Randstad. Tevens is er een nationale positie beschikbaar.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Trainen van medewerkers in de Lean Six Sigma methodiek en mede de toegewezen sites en continuous improvement verbeteringen & veranderingen opvolgen;
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers in het uitvoeren van procesverbeterprojecten, waaronder Lean Six Sigma Yellow en White Belts en DDVSA-activiteiten;
  • Ondersteunen van de managers om hun prestaties duurzaam te verbeteren en daarmee hun doelstellingen te halen;
  • Implementeren en borgen van CI technieken zoals: SQCDEP borden, 5S, visueel management, standaard werk, proces status borden, proces controle borden, flow, VSM en andere;
  • Met de operatie, verbeterkansen vaststellen en omzetten in kansrijke LEAN projecten met bijhorende audit (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, );
  • Zelfstandig Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projecten uitvoeren binnen de toegewezen operationele sites;
  • Actief communiceren over de projecten en verbeteringen binnen de organisatie, via reuliere presentaties alsook rapporteren en opvolgen van financiële projectresultaten;
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van stagnaties tijdens de realisatie van de projecten.

Jouw skills en ervaringen:

  • Gecertificeerd Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (vookeur);
  • Aantoonbar ervaring (ongeveer 2 jaar) met Continuous Improvement (bij voorkeue in een werkvloeromgeving);
  • Ervaring met verandermanagement en coaching;
  • Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van data-analyse;
  • Goede communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
