We zoeken een collega die barst van de energie en de functie van Managing Consultant wil vervullen. Je wordt onderdeel van team Maritiem & Offshore, een enthousiast team van collega's verspreid over de vestigingen Heerenveen en Gorinchem. Je standplaats is Gorinchem, maar we zitten ook 1 dag in de week in Heerenveen en het kan maar zo dat we eens afspreken om een dagje te werken op een ander tof kantoor van ons.

Als Managing Consultant binnen Maritiem & Offshore dompel je jezelf onder in een zee van uitdagingen. De diversiteit aan technische professionals is groot. Van tekenaar, werkvoorbereider en engineer tot projectleider en projectmanager. Je hebt een 360 graden rol en schakelt vlot tussen klanten en kandidaten.

Een greep uit jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden:

  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met bestaande én nieuwe klanten.
  • Bezoeken van (nieuwe) klanten om de vacatures en de organisatie beter te begrijpen.
  • Afspraken inplannen voor evaluaties en voortgangsgesprekken en natuurlijk voor een gezellige kop koffie.
  • Het sourcen van (internationale) technische professionals en het voeren van intakegesprekken.
  • Loopbaanadvies bieden aan technische professionals.
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling en affiniteit met de technische sector.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Heb je tafelvoetbal-, dart- of padelskills? We waarderen het (en andere initiatieven ook)

  • Salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.250,-, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
