Wat ga je allemaal doen?

As a Finishing Department employee, you independently operate multiple conventional, CNC, and/or NC machines. Additionally, you correct and record data in SAP. You also measure processed parts using measuring tools. You support the organization in improving the production process to achieve World Class Manufacturing. If necessary, you're willing to perform tasks in other departments.


  • Operate various types of machines, such as conventional, NC, and CNC machines.
  • Precisely fabricate wear parts according to technical drawings.
  • Inspect manufactured parts for quality using measuring tools.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workplace by adhering to safety policies and practicing the 6S method.
  • Adhere to ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL B.V.'s procedures, instructions, regulations, and policies.
  • Follow departmental guidelines and instructions from supervisors.
  • Utilize the APS system (Lean/Six Sigma) to work smarter and more efficiently.

  • Have significant experience with machinery and technical tasks.
  • Holds an MBO Level 2 diploma, preferably in a (metal) technical field.
  • Is willing to undergo additional training if required.
  • Can work various shifts (2, 3, or 4 shifts).
  • Can read and understand technical drawings.
  • Has experience with lean/world-class manufacturing for improved production processes.
  • Works meticulously and can independently carry out tasks.
  • Is occasionally willing to work extra hours if necessary.
