Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management: act as the first point of contact for internal departments on vendor registrations, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Documentation: meticulously collect and verify necessary documents for vendor registration and accounts payable transactions.
  • Procurement support: assist the Marketing Team with the Bidding and Quotation Management System, facilitating the selection of vendors based on strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Payments: oversee weekly payment runs, coordinate on rejections, and ensure timely clearance of accounts payable balances.
  • Invoicing: process invoices with a keen eye for detail, adhering to local specifications and supporting business priorities as directed by management.
