Indaver, Dordrecht, South Holland, Netherlands Financial Director MSWS What will your working day look like? As Financial Director, you will develop and implement the financial strategy of the international Business Line Municipal Solid Waste Services (BL MSWS). You set and guard the administrative policy within the BL. Furthermore, you are a key driver of the M&A and business development processes of the business line. You support the General Manager MSWS and your MSWS colleagues with hands‑on reporting to keep the business financially healthy, identify potential optimisations, and provide financial and administrative support for new investment projects. The finance managers of the regional MSWS organisations report directly to you. On an operational level, you head the business controllers’ team for the Belgian region. How will you make a difference? You hold a master's degree in the field of finance/economy. You are familiar with IFRS and competent in corporate governance and tax accounting. You have experience in a similar role within an international industrial or technical services context. You are assertive and decisive and able to initiate change and address issues in a respectful manner. You are willing to travel and will mostly work from our office at Mechelen (Belgium).
