About the Role:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting our migration to a new DevOps environment, enabling our teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively. Based in the Netherlands, youll collaborate with local software architects and our project manager for the digital transformation program. Your role will involve deploying, configuring, and optimizing new tools, as well as ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems. Hybrid working is expected, with at leasttwo days per week at our office in Hengelo.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate and optimize tooling from legacy systems to modern solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Manage and deploy containerized applications with Docker and Podman.
  • Support version control and collaboration using GitLab.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across France and Romania, as well as with software architects in the Netherlands, to ensure effective tool usage and best practices.

Functie-eisen

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency inLinux systems and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience withcontainerization tools (Docker, Podman).
  • Solid experience withGitLab for CI/CD pipeline management and source control.
  • Familiarity withArtifactory ,Maven , andBazel is a strong plus.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments and working with international teams is preferred.
  • Dutch nationality is required due to the nature of the projects involved.
  • Medior +/ senior experienced in a DevOps engineer role
