Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: regio Amsterdam In dit vooraanstaande softwareontwikkelingsbedrijf in Amsterdam, dat zich focust op het automatiseren van logistieke processen, krijg je als Automation Engineer de kans om te werken aan baanbrekende projecten. Het bedrijf biedt op maat gemaakte softwareoplossingen voor magazijnbeheer, transportautomatisering en supply chain management. Als Automation Engineer werk je aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van software die processen efficiënter en effectiever maakt. Je werkt in een innovatieve en snel veranderende omgeving waarbij je direct bijdraagt aan de optimalisatie van logistieke operaties. Functie-inhoud: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van automatiseringssoftware voor logistieke processen, gericht op het verbeteren van efficiëntie en doorvoersnelheid in magazijnbeheer en transport; Analyseren van gebruikerseisen en vertalen naar functionele specificaties voor automatiseringssystemen; Onderhouden en upgraden van bestaande automatiseringssystemen, inclusief het uitvoeren van periodieke systeemaudits en -updates; Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om integratie en interoperabiliteit van verschillende systemen te waarborgen; Bieden van technische ondersteuning en training aan eindgebruikers en collega's. Functie-eisen: Een afgeronde hbo of wo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting; Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van geautomatiseerde systemen in een productieomgeving; Sterke vaardigheden in PLC-programmering, HMI-ontwikkeling en kennis van motion control systemen; Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden; Goede communicatieve- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden; Kennis van relevante industriële standaarden en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Vloeiend Nederlands is vereist voor deze positie; beheersing van Engels is gewenst.
