Hoe waarborg je de kwaliteit en veiligheid van medische producten in een tijd waarin de snelheid van productieprocessen zo belangrijk is? Ons team van ongeveer 50 collega’s houdt zich hier dagelijks mee bezig. Bij het CSV/Validatie team van Capgemini Engineering kun je bij diverse life science klanten hier aan bijdragen. Als Validation Engineer werk je in een klein team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwalificatie van systemen, installaties en apparatuur.
In het kort:
Je begeleidt validatietrajecten en coördineert de (her)validatie van procesapparatuur en geautomatiseerde proces controle systemen.
Je vertegenwoordigt binnen projectteams de kwaliteitsafdeling en bewaakt de kwaliteit in alle fasen van het project.
Binnen het projectteam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de juiste validatie protocollen en rapportages en assisteer je bij de uitvoering.
De Digital Manufacturing divisie houdt zich bezig met ontwikkelingen rondom Industrie 4.0. Wij bieden end to end advies voor het creëren van smart factories. Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je een studie achtergrond hebt in bijvoorbeeld levensmiddelentechnologie, (bio)procestechnologie, chemie of techniek. Daarmee heb jij namelijk passende kennis opgedaan behorend bij een life science fabrieksomgeving. Het is belangrijk kennis te hebben van validatie en risico-analyse methoden (zoals FMEA) om succesvol te zijn in deze functie. Omdat je veel in contact bent met klanten en leveranciers, zal ook enige ervaring met projectmanagement van pas komen.
