Turbocharger Work Preparator/Business Operator

You will drive INNIOs TC service initiatives in your region. With your organization skills and TC knowledge, you will support INNIOs service during planned events and for troubleshooting. Your focus is on the execution of TC service jobs. You will review reports and decide about the scope of the job and possible alternative repair solutions. Additionally, you identify potentials for higher sustainability, to optimize the TC life cycle costs, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure high availability. You will be interacting and working closely with our service organization in the local region and the relevant teams in Jenbacher HQ.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing TC service reports and deciding about the scope within defined boundaries
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our external TC service supplier
  • Support to manage TC fleets and exchange units
  • Support to ensure availability of TC for planned and unplanned events
  • Identifying potentials for higher sustainability during the entire TC life
  • Reviewing technical documents related to TCs, tasks during planned maintenance and troubleshooting, for our customers, INNIO field service, and distributors
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Jenbacher Regions (subsidiaries) and Jenbacher entities (EPS, ENERGAS, PowerUp)

Your Profile:
  • min HTL – mechanical or industrial/business engineer with several years of service experience in the energy sector
  • Professional service experience in the energy industry paired with TC service experience and technical background
  • Technical knowledge of TC operation and service concepts
  • Independent, proactive, fast response, flexible work style
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Service spirit
  • TC basic knowledge
  • Working with people from different cultures and in different time zones
  • Good interpersonal, team-oriented, and communications skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Additionally German would be beneficial

We offer excellent labor conditions under CAO Metalectro (27 holidays and 13 ADV days, PME Pensionfund). Parttime working from home is also an option.
