Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Maintenance Planner for small projects to join the dynamic operations team. This role involves guiding retrofit campaigns and managing small projects throughout the year. You will work closely with several field teams and ensure the seamless execution of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Retrofit Campaigns: C oordinate exchanges of cables, inverters, and other crucial components.
• Service Preparation: Ensure availability of tools, parts, and certified equipment (NEN3140/3840 and PED certification). Overseeing blade inspections.
• Project Management: Provide on-site leadership and support for technical and non-technical activities.
• Manage day-to-day offshore operations, ensuring high availability of wind farms.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Uphold Siemens Gamesa’s Zero Harm policy and compliance guidelines.

Key Tasks:

• Promote safety standards and achieve incident-free project execution.
• Implement project strategies, leveraging lessons learned and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and escalation processes.
• Regularly report project progress and outcomes.

The perfect candidate brings the following experience:

• Minimum 8 years of technical working experience.
• At least 6 years in planning roles.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years as a troubleshooter.

• Electrical education or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Reside within commuting distance of Lemmer.
• Valid working visa (if applicable), but preferably an EU passport.

• Salary: €3750 – €4250 p.m. based on full time.
• Freelance / ZZP is welcome too, max rate: €60 per hour.
• Hours: 40 hour p.w. 32 hours is optional
• Location: Lemmer
• Start date: flexible, but preferably soon
• Contract: This a 6 months project. Extension of another 6 months is expected, but not guaranteed.
