We are looking for energetic people who enjoy being out of the office to meet new clients. People who are passionate about beer and want to gain first-line sales experience at the world's largest brewer. We are present in more than 150 countries.
*The role:*
* A large part of your time is spent on the acquisition of new Horeca Relations (e.g. cafes, restaurants, sports clubs, theaters, hotels, etc.) in your own district;
* Selling or promoting the sale of our brewery products and third-party products (soft drinks, wines and spirits) in our own aisle;
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers in your area. The focus is on the effective positioning of our product range and thus achieving sustainable growth;
* Building a circle of relationships with (potential) customers, brokers, project developers, architects, government and semi-government institutions;
* Fulfilling the role of primary contact person for the (potential) customers/customers. Supervising and advising brewery relations with regard to business operations;
* Analyzing commercial data to improve return per point of sale;
* Checking with relations/customers for the fulfilment of contractual obligations (also on the instructions of the office staff);
* Conducting daily consultations and working in a team with telephone sales, distribution staff, legal staff, event caretakers, etc.
*Profile:*
* Education at HBO level, preferably HEAO-CE or Hotel Management School;
* Knowledge and network of the local / regional hospitality market is an advantage or must;
* Living in the district / work area;
* Driver's license B;
* Good demonstrable negotiation skills;
* Working in a systematic and structured way within clear frameworks and processes to be followed;
* Good analytical and arithmetic skills and knowledge of Excel;
* Result-oriented and driven;
* Team player with a winner's mentality
