Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We have a team of over 350 seasoned professionals across finance, project development, and operations. Job Description Enfinity is looking for a versatile and entrepreneurial person to serve as Deputy General Counsel under our Chief Legal Officer. The candidate will help grow the legal department and work with internal and external legal professionals worldwide. Ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, including general corporate, M&A, project finance, and public company work, with a global outlook. Experience in renewable energy is preferred. Successful candidate will bring deep global experience—particularly across Europe, India, and Japan—and a proven ability to design and implement effective policies and procedures that support scalable growth. Key Responsibilities Entity formation and management Maintain global board records and stockholder records (including Carta) Support the global investment committee Assist with intellectual property (trademarks), NDAs and routine matters Negotiate and document global corporate fundraising initiatives Administer global financing facilities, including reporting and covenant maintenance Broad‑based responsibilities for transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, and related matters Requirements Undergraduate and law degrees from leading institutions “Big Law” or equivalent training with diversity of experience At least 10 years of progressive responsibilities and experience Member of the bar in good standing Advanced ability in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Passion for rigorous and fast‑paced team‑oriented work environment; high internal drive and strong work ethic; comfortable solving problems independently Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline driven Strong interpersonal skills, driving professional and effective internal and external relationships Location Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands Employment Type Full‑time Seniority Level Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr
