Tasks

You Will:

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Team up with our product owner and collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to make Marvia the best-in-class distributed marketing software

Drive Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative.

Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications for our development team to build.

User-Centered: apply user-centered design and design thinking to digital products. Bring great attention to detail to all your projects and go the extra mile to turn good designs into great designs.

Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in UX/UI design for B2B SaaS software, and confident working with both UI and UX, even if one is your main field of expertise.
  • Analytical & Practical: Able to dig deep and filter the main points from side issues, and capable of quickly translating input and customer requirements into practical user flows.
  • Communicative & User-Centric: you are passionate about your craft and capable of working across multiple tasks, encompassing multiple teams with various priorities.
  • Detail-oriented & Consistent: Have a keen eye for an attractive design, and Work from best practices and a component library.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma and Miro is required – bonus points if you've worked with templating, guidelines, or DAM tools.
  • Educated: Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ; Dutch is a plus
