Your role and goalsDo you get energised by helping customers getting their legal product content in top shape using the latest AI based technologies? Are you ready to join an innovative and fast growing company as an amazing junior Technical Support Specialist? Then we are looking for you
Together with the rest of the team, you will help develop our platform to reach our goal of becoming the best in the World. As a junior Technical Support Specialist, the primary objective of your role is to further develop and bring to market our new global AI based data capture solutions.
In your first 3 months you will:- Support the successful global deployment and rollout of our AI data capture service
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data being entered into the GDSN data pool, utilizing GS1 standards
- Act as a key stakeholder for the further development of our AI certification tool
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any data quality issues, working to find solutions that ensure data is accurate and consistent
- Become the guiding connection between customer experience, software development and data science
- Tackle the responsibility for bringing our AI data capture service to the global market
- Create a clear onboarding plan to get clients up to speed with our data solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in data management processes, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data management and GS1 standards, ensuring that the data pool is always compliant with the latest best practices.
- 1+ years professional experience in technical support for an Ad-Tech or complex SaaS solution
- Knowledge and experience working with data management standards
- Project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Data driven mindset and experience with data management
- A flexible mindset that fits in a scale-up
- Experience with GDSN is considered a plus
- Experience within FMCG or e-commerce is considered a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English language(written & spoken)
- High motivation and enthusiasm as well as openness to challenges
