Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and contractual deadlines.
Prepare and monitor baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans throughout the 2-year project duration.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and timely execution of construction activities.
Monitor actual progress against planned schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule impact assessments, supporting extension of time (EOT) claims when required.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, productivity analysis, and KPI dashboards for management review.
Identify project risks, scheduling constraints, and resource bottlenecks, and develop mitigation and recovery plans to minimize delays.
