Over de functie

Onze opdrachtgever heeft ambitieuze plannen voor de komende jaren. Met de veranderende economie en de dynamiek is het belangrijk om hierop tijdig in te spelen. Deze plannen en ontwikkelingen brengen een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid met zich mee: het beheersen van kosten, opbrengsten en kasstromen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de financiële cijfers van de organisatie in Nederland betrouwbaar en tijdig worden opgeleverd aan zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige vastlegging van de financiële data. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat producten zoals managementrapportages, jaarrekeningen, aangiftes vennootschapsbelasting, BTW en budgetten tijdig worden opgeleverd en draag je inhoudelijk bij aan deze processen. Je specialiseert je in een aantal onderwerpen waar collega's op jouw expertise kunnen vertrouwen. Daarnaast behoud je het overzicht, voer je analyses uit en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen om inhoudelijke toelichting te geven en de Manager Finance te ondersteunen. Je adviseert de Manager Finance over inhoudelijke onderwerpen, risico’s en processen en draagt bij aan de gesprekken met het hoofdkantoor en de regio.

Dit is wie je bent
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een HBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring in het beheren en coördineren van complexe financiële administraties, het opstellen van jaarrekeningen, managementrapportages, budgettering en fiscale zaken;
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht, bent flexibel en stressbestendig, en je werkt graag samen in een team.
