Over de functie
  • Als Sr. Mechanical Designer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een wafer handling systeem in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Het maken van mechanische concepten en gedetailleerde ontwerpen met zeer hoge nauwkeurigheid.
  • Randvoorwaarden zijn: hoog vacuüm, deeltjes vrij en vrij van magnetisme.
  • valideren van het concept met behulp van berekeningen en verificatie set-ups.
  • Het ontwerpen en tekenen in 3D-tekenprogramma's.
  • Het maken van bouwtekeningen in 2D.
  • Bouwen en testen van prototypes.
  • Ondersteunen van het productieproces intern of met leveranciers.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete proces: van concept tot het leveren van het product.
Over jou
  • Als Mechanical Designer:
  • Heb je een Mechanische / werktuigbouwkundige diploma op HBO of universitair niveau
  • Heb je Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in fijnmechanisch ontwerp.
  • Ben je vaardig met 3D-tekenprogramma's (bij voorkeur SolidWorks).
  • Heb je kennis van statisch bepaalde structuren en bij voorkeur van het ontwerpen van vacuümsystemen.
  • Ben je een resultaatgerichte teamspeler en kan je de juiste vragen stellen en ben je een goede luisteraar.
