Maintenance Contractor Supervisor

Als Onderhoudscoördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het Asset Maintenance Management proces, vanaf de werkvoorbereiding tot de overdracht aan de productie van de installatie of apparatuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle onderhoudsnotificaties correct worden afgehandeld. Je vervult verschillende rollen en stappen als werkvoorbereider, planner en toezichthouder. De taken omvatten het voorbereiden van reparaties, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden volgens een preventief onderhoudsplan. Hierbij werk je volgens de HSE-standaarden van het bedrijf en zoek je actief de samenwerking met productie en uitvoerende partijen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Waarborgen van de veilige betrouwbaarheid van de installatie door tijdige uitvoering van preventieve onderhoudsplannen en efficiënt correctief onderhoud volgens het Asset Maintenance Management Program (AMM).
- Voortdurende verbetering van onderhoudsprocessen.
- Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud, inclusief het verstrekken van vergunningen en de overdracht aan de productie.
- Zorgen voor functionele uitmuntendheid.
- Opstellen van een schema voor onderhoudsactiviteiten en voortdurend evalueren en verbeteren van de taken.
- Proactief samenwerken en onderhandelen met aannemers over planning, werklast, budget en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden.
- Beheer van kosten en planning.
- Plannen van onderhoud en Turn Around werkzaamheden.
- Opstellen van wekelijkse planningen, zes-weken voorspellingen en jaarplanning.
- Kennis en uitvoering van het Asset Maintenance Management proces voor zowel correctief als preventief onderhoud (praktisch en in het Maintenance Management programma - SAP).
- Correct en tijdig afhandelen van onderhoudsacties volgens het AMM-proces.
- Samenwerken met Operations Maintenance Gatekeeper.
- Leidende rol bij de administratieve verwerking van SAP-notificaties en werkorders.
Onze faciliteit in de omgeving Rotterdam produceert een hoogwaardig drijfgas met uitstekende eigenschappen voor diverse toepassingen. De kwaliteitseisen voor deze drijfgas zijn zeer hoog.
Wat vragen wij van jouWat wij van jou verwachten
- Minimaal afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde/Rotating/Static.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in multidisciplinaire projecten in een vergelijkbare omgeving.
- Klantgericht, teamspeler en in staat om te verbinden met stakeholders en collega's.
- Procesdenker met een drive voor continue verbetering.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Kennis van SAP is een pré.
