Functie-eisen The Role: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Packaging Designer to join our Packaging Team . In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire packaging development lifecycle , from concept to mass production. Your designs will not only meet the highest standards of functionality and performance but will also enhance the consumer experience through aesthetics, usability, and sustainability . Key Responsibilities: Packaging Design & Development – Create functional, innovative, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand identity and market needs . Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and sales teams. Prototyping & Testing – Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate design concepts, ensuring top-tier quality and durability. Technical & Engineering Excellence – Design in 2D & 3D , define materials, ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) , and manage data efficiently in Windchill (C PLM system) . Sustainability Focus – Lead initiatives to develop eco-friendly packaging solutions , reducing environmental impact while maintaining product integrity and consumer appeal . Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of industry trends, materials science, and consumer behavior , applying insights to refine and enhance packaging solutions.
