Als Functional Application Manager binnen het IAM-team ga je, samen met o.a. een collega functioneel beheerder, aan de slag om je collega's binnen de organisatie en medewerkers van externe partijen het beste van de IAM-dienstverlening te bieden. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar kan onderscheiden en verbanden kan leggen. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers van het IAM Selfservice portal (telefonisch, per mail en/of persoonlijk), inclusief het trainen en voorlichten van gebruikers
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan collega functioneel beheerders van aangesloten SSO-applicaties met betrekking tot rechtentoekenning en account gerelateerde vraagstukken
  • Procesmatig monitoren van de keten, inclusief operationeel account- en autorisatiebeheerproces, changeproces en incident management

Je signaleert zelf verbeteringen en komt met voorstellen om deze te realiseren.

  • Ervaring in een rol als IT-beheerder of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Bekendheid met zowel ITIL als Agile werken in teamverband
  • Kennis van en ervaring met security, met name op het gebied van IAM, en je begrijpt het belang van IAM binnen de organisatie

  • De mogelijkheid om 4 x 9 uur te werken bij een 36-urige werkweek
  • Een vergoeding bij thuiswerken van € 3,00 netto per dag
  • Een 13e maand
