DHL Supply Chain verzorgt de opslag en distributie voor farmaceutische bedrijven wereldwijd. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van DHL en hun medewerkers om dagelijks te zorgen voor een tijdige en foutloze levering van medicatie en medische hulpmiddelen. Je komt te werken in een gezellig team waarbij er aandacht is voor jou en je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De campus is gevestigd in Wijchen omgeving Nijmegen en Oss en is goed te bereiken met OV en eigen vervoer.

Voor onze opdrachtgever DHL zijn wij opzoek naar een Administratief Medewerker. Als Administratief Medewerker zorg jij er voor dat de orders optimaal en volgens wet- en regelgeving getransporteerd kunnen worden. Mocht je tegen problemen aanlopen, dan ben jij in staat om snel en efficiënt te schakelen met de juiste collega's. Bij DHL wordt voornamelijk gewerkt met internationale farmaceutische bedrijven, dus jij communiceert zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Het is een uitdagende en afwisselende functie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het volgende:
- Het verwerken van orders;
- Bij de douane aanvragen van export documentatie;
- Orders aanmelden bij de vervoerders;
- Het terugkoppelen van zending details aan de klant;
- Het opstellen & controleren van dossiers voor goederen ontvangst;
- Goederen ontvangst melden aan de klant
- Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Je hebt werkervaring in de logistiek bij voorkeur in een administratieve functie;
- Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
- Een leuke parttime/fulltime baan van minimaal 32 uur per week;
- Een salaris tussen € 2446- € 3088 o.b.v. Fulltime dienstverband en afhankelijk van werkervaring;
- Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,21 per km enkele reis;
- 25 Vakantie- /verlofdagen en vakantiegeld 8,33% o.b.v. Fulltime dienstverband;
- Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag;
- Interne doorgroeimogelijkheden;
- Een tijdelijke contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij DHL
