Elke dienst bij de Front Office van ons kleurijke en dynamische hotel is weer anders en dat maakt het nou juist zo leuk om bij ons te komen werken

Wat is de rode draad in ons werk? We staan 24/7 als team klaar om gasten te verwelkomen, uit te zwaaien of te assisteren tijdens het verblijf. Of het nou bij de receptie, aan de telefoon of in de lobby is als host van het hotel, wij zijn all-round en zorgen voor een glimlach bij elke gast met onze Yes I Can spirit.

Zo divers als onze werkzaamheden zijn, zo divers zijn ook zeker onze gasten. Elke gast is anders en elk verblijf is weer voor een andere reden. Wij komen graag achter onze balie vandaan voor een gesprek om er achter te komen wat de wens van de gast is. We zijn zelfverzekerd door onze all-round training en de begeleiding die we krijgen. We weten alles van het hotel en hebben uitgebreide kennis van Amsterdam. Kortom we bezitten de middelen en vaardigheden om elk verblijf speciaal te maken.

We zullen niet ontkennen dat de werkdruk soms hoog is in onze afdeling. Met 476 hotelkamers en 20 vergaderzalen is er altijd wel activiteit in het hotel en dus altijd wel wat te doen. Echter of het nou een het inchecken van 300 kamers is of het verslepen van 300 koffers (#gratisfitness) we klaren de klus samen en doen dit met veel plezier


Jouw andere taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het zelfstandig draaien van de verschillende shiften (ochtend- en avonddiensten) waarbij de gast centraal staat.
  • Verwerken van betalingen met behulp van (geautomatiseerd) kassasysteem, overdragen van de kassa bij einde dienst en verantwoorden van ontvangen gelden en creditcardbetalingen (Het gehele hotel is cashless).
  • Bedienen van de telefooncentrale van het hotel.
  • Het afhandelen van klachten van gasten.
  • Het eerste punt van contact zijn met de gast in de lobby.
  • Gasten helpen bij de kiosks.
