Join our highly efficient and technical IT team as IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support Specialist, we will turn to you on all things to do with planned (such as projects and upgrades) and unplanned (such as incidents and requests) IT issues. You will work closely with other TBS systems and contribute to the overall department and company strategy. What is expected of you as IT Support Specialist:

  • Assist with the strategic and tactical support of key software and hardware systems
  • Facilitate system access requests
  • Maintain systems support documentation, procedures and other information useful to the smooth & efficient operation of information systems
  • Assist with the implementation of new applications and/or enhancements or upgrades of existing applications/systems
  • Be proactive in identifying critical business, technical and/or operational issues and then assist in driving issues to closure
  • Proactively supports the IT requirements of other PPHE teams and displays a passionate approach towards the improvement of new method of services
  • Ensure that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, management decisions and PPHE Hotel Groups operating policies, processes and procedures
