Key requirements

· Full-time beschikbaarheid, met een focus op de ochtend shifts

· Weekend beschikbaarheid is cruciaal, met de mogelijkheid om 05:00 te starten

· Ervaring in ontbijt service

Hoe ziet jouw dag als Breakfast Chef de Partie eruit?

Jouw shift begint doordeweeks en in het weekend vanaf 05:00. Wanneer je begint aan je shift, coördineer je samen met je collega’s de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van het ontbijt service, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle gasten een perfecte start van de dag hebben Tijdens het ontbijt zal je het buffet coördineren en aanvullen, het netjes en schoon houden van de buffet ruimte en ei-gerechten op verzoek van de gast klaar maken. Wanneer de ontbijt service voorbij is, zal je werken aan de mise-en-place voor de komende ontbijt diensten, lunches en groepen. De lunch/diner voor de Team Members van Hilton Rotterdam bereidt je samen met je collega’s voor. Na 13:00 is je dienst voorbij en kan je genieten van je vrije tijds activiteiten
