Een strakke planning en coördinatie kan een etentje maken of breken. Als je nét niet de juiste ingrediënten in huis hebt of wanneer de entrecote al gaar is terwijl de vegetarische tegenhanger nog een kwartier moet pruttelen, gaat het mis. Op een drukke luchthaven zoals Schiphol is het van groot belang dat jij een keukenbrigade tot topprestaties voor onze gasten kan inspireren.
Wat ga je als Chef de Partie doen?
Regelen wat er geregeld moet worden om van elk bezoek een feestje te maken. De key ingrediënten? Heldere shiftbriefings. Inspirerende coaching van het keukenteam. Het bestellen van precies de juiste grondstoffen in precies de juiste hoeveelheden. Het borgen van een veilige en HACCP-bestendige manier van werken. En het (voor eens en altijd) oplossen van eventuele issues die gasten en collega's ervaren. Afwisseling genoeg dus Komt bij dat je ook je culinaire skills kunt inzetten, want als er even niets te regelen is, sta je zelf achter in de keuken. Goed voorbeeld doet ook in 2023 goed volgen Een afwisselende rol dus voor een ervaren Kok die kennis graag deelt en koken wil afwisselen met coaching, teambuilding en coördineren.
- Je regelt alles op medewerkersgebied: onboarden, coachen, ontwikkelen, aansturen, inspireren
- Je borgt de juiste manier van werken en zorgt ervoor dat we de juiste spullen 'in huis' hebben
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van alles wat er op het bord verschijnt
- Je borgt dat we veilig en volgens alle Arbo, HACCP, enzovoorts regels werken
- Je lost eventuele issues van gasten en collega's snel, slagvaardig en definitief op
- Je denkt, praat en beslist mee over verbeteringen en vernieuwingen
Wat heb je nodig om te starten?
- MBO 3 niveau, 3 jaar (meer mag) ervaring als Kok, waarvan 1 jaar in een coachende rol
- Je kent de relevante regelgeving én weet hoe je regels keurig naleeft
- Een leermeesterdiploma is geen harde eis, maar moet je dan wel (snel) willen behalen
- Bewezen talent om een team te inspireren en door te ontwikkelen
- Goed ontwikkeld gastgevoel: je gaat altijd voor die kikker-brede glimlach
