We need the candidate to start ASAP without spending effort on educating/ mentoring the candidate.
Able to validate/ verify the user stories with minimal intervention with the developers (Already having in depth knowledge of the application and functionality).
Fully Tested Releases:
# Implement comprehensive testing strategy.
# Measurable: 100% test case execution and 95% pass rate.
# Coordinate with the development team.
# Relevant: Ensure software quality and reliability.
# Specific: Enhance pre-release testing and incident management.
# Achievable: Conduct thorough regression testing and monitor post-release performance.
# Relevant Knowledge: 7+ years of functional testing experience of TAP application, SDLC, Testing methodologies, Types of testing, Test planning and documentation, Defect management, Testing tools. (Overall 10+ years of experience in quality assurance.)
