IT supporter / system administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • On-site IT support and contact person (1st level) for colleagues in the event of faults and queries
  • Installation, configuration, commissioning and support of hardware and software
  • Network and system administration and monitoring of existing IT systems (PCs, Macs, network, printers) to ensure operability at our Munich site
  • Administration of the MS 365 and Intune environment
  • Coordination of activities with external IT service providers

Your profile

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in the field of work
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of current Microsoft products (MS 365 / Azure / Windows Server) and macOS
  • In-depth knowledge of the administration of network infrastructures and security technologies
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills and strong service orientation
  • Structured way of working and hands-on mentality
  • Must-have: Very good written and spoken German (level C1)
