Do you want to take on a role as a team leader within logistics? As a team lead you play a crucial role in supporting our activities. You will work together with other teamleaders in various logistics processes and contribute to ensuring the quality and safety of the team and the products.
Leading a team of approximately 50-80 employees and being responsible for the entire logistics process;
In this warehouse you will find DSM products. What makes this magazine different then others is the attention to quality and good atmosphere. Products are shipped by truck and, ultimately, by plane. The team consists primarily of qualified forklift and EPT drivers.
You will work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are central. A temporary, fulltime contract through Start People, with the intention of takeover and direct employment with Geodis (tijdelijk contract -

A full-time position win a day shift
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a team leader or supervisor
Experience with KPIs and the entire logistics process within a warehouse, including inbound and outbound goods, order picking, and packing
Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages
