~ As a Functional Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the global CRM software D365 CE. Monitoring progress of 1st line application calls (In Fresh services; Rolling out CE to subsidiaries, currently live in 4 companies;
Analyzing business needs, aligning scope with international stakeholders, creating a plan of action for implementation/migration (master data/training and testing). Ensuring that applications remain in line with user requirements;
Following new developments in the field of supporting applications.
