In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products (stem cells) are shipped to customers in the best possible condition. You will prepare shipments according to documented procedures and perform loading and unloading operations safely while adhering closely to product-specific requirements. Flexibility in your tasks is essential as every day brings new challenges.As an Administrative Warehouse Employee, your primary duties will include receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with our stringent requirements. You will ensure stock rotation and strict adherence to expiry dates to maintain product integrity. Preparing shipments and internal orders will be a significant part of your role, following documented procedures and adhering to best practices in product handling. In order to do this, you need to work meticulous and you will do administrative actions in the computer system.Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in compliance with established standards is crucial. Conducting inventories to ensure stock accuracy and using handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols will be part of your daily routine. Ensuring compliance with the company's defined safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols is essential.Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other team members to solve problems and improve processes. Documenting all activities in accordance with procedures and traceability requirements is also a fundamental aspect of your responsibilities.Wat wij bieden

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
