Your mission is to provide professional support for our customers' demanding IT projects and ensure that their systems run smoothly. What can you expect?
  • You are responsible for the design, implementation and administration of servers and VMs
  • You install, configure and operate high-availability setups
  • You take care of the automation and standardization of processes
  • You support our business customers and accompany customer projects (optionally up to project management)
  • You carry out maintenance activities in our data centers
  • You provide support in the area of in-house IT and are occasionally available to your colleagues as an internal IT helpdesk
  • You evaluate and test new hardware and software technologies
  • You take part in professional change and incident management
  • You are part of our on-call service and receive extra remuneration for this
What should you bring with you?
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in operating high-availability server setups (with a focus on Linux)
  • You have a passion for IT and enjoy taking on new challenges
  • You are familiar with configuration management systems (Puppet, Ansible, Chef or similar)
  • You have a sound knowledge of Apache, Nginx, MySQL (cluster), Redis, HAProxy etc.
  • You have a solid understanding of the structure of security architectures
  • Regular exchange and interlocking cooperation with your teammates is important to you
  • You don't find it difficult to work independently and organize yourself
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
