i-did zoekt een HR-Adviseur die hart heeft voor mensen en duurzaamheid. Sluit je aan bij ons team in Den Haag en zet je schouders onder een missie die écht het verschil maakt. 
Als HR-adviseur sta je midden in de organisatie en werk je samen met je collega’s van Team Mens en Ontwikkeling aan een duurzaam HR-beleid. We groeien en daarom is het nu het perfecte moment om in ons team te stappen en mee te bouwen aan deze groei. 
In de kern van i-did sta jij als HR-Adviseur, waar je:
leiding geeft aan ons HR-administratie team, waarmee onze personeelszaken altijd piekfijn in orde zijn;
werkt met een nieuw E-HRM Systeem, dat je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling van performance managementcycli, feedback- en functioneringsgesprekken en begeleiden van onze zelforganiserende teams;
operationele HR-vraagstukken oplost, variërend van vakantie- en ziektebeheer tot contractmanagement en salarisadministratie;
verantwoordelijk bent voor veiligheidsprotocollen en een sociaal veilig werkklimaat.
Als koploper in sociaal ondernemerschap transformeert i-did afgedankte textiel in designproducten, vanuit onze unieke Factory & Atelier in Den Haag. We bieden niet alleen een nieuwe kans aan materialen, maar vooral aan mensen. Ons team is divers, gedreven en werkt hard aan onze gezamenlijke missie. Ervaring en opleiding in HRM, met een hands-on mentaliteit en een hart voor duurzaamheid en sociale verandering.
Teamplayer met een strategische blik en operationele kracht, die van aanpakken weet en meebouwt aan ons HR-beleid.
je bent thuis in verandermanagement en hebt affiniteit met de implementatie van E-HRM systemen.
een contract voor 12 maanden, 24 uur per week, met de intentie tot verlenging;
een salaris tussen € 2900,- en € 4000,- bruto per maand (fulltime equivalent), inclusief CAO MITT voordelen, pensioenopbouw, en reiskostenvergoeding;
een fijn team om mee samen te werken. Wij zijn samen op een missie en zijn met ons team in verandering en in (internationale) groei. Tevens kan je intern gecoacht worden volgens ‘The Work’ van Byron Katie.
