In your role as an Industrial Engineer, you will work as a Change Agent on improvement on equipment performance. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a significant role in the execution of operational excellence and establishes a high level of networking to ensure coaching and further factory improvements.
 
 Ensures Root Cause Analysis and insight generation
- Functie-eisen  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Production roles in IWS environment (AM/PM and Complex Problem Solving)
- Knowledge of internal manufacturing, FMCG would be a benefit
- Ability to work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders
- Eager to analyse and inspired by maximizing value
- Fluent in English
