Functieomschrijving The Site Manager has the overall operational responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) on site and the directive decision making authority for all daily service operations. Provide visible, strong and active EHS leadership within the Site and Project. Responsible to ensure the issuance of EHS standards, regulations and procedures to ensure a Homesafe environment and to perform within your leading function as a role model. Site Manager Offshore Wind Operations Wind Operations Preferably with a technical background. Manage up to 15 technicians and lead daily operations for teams of up to 80. Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets. Actively manage risks and implement countermeasures for deviations. Provide functional leadership to site teams, including planners, technicians, and stock keepers. Improve and contribute to service KPIs and reporting. Serve as the primary site contact, representing the service project to the customer. Functie-eisen Knowledge of health and safety legislation. Hold a valid driving license (B). Proficient in IT, communication, presentation, organization, and company procedures. Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiar with Office 365 and other Microsoft applications. Fluent in English; Dutch fluency is preferred. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Primary Employment Benefits A gross monthly salary of up to €4.500 A 13th-month payment, prorated periodically 8.33% holiday allowance, calculated over 12 months' salary Secondary Employment Benefits Pension Plus plan (starting from day 1) 5% ADV allowance A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour work week Travel expense reimbursement Internet allowance Home office allowance You will be seconded through Yacht for a year, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this period.
