The IT department of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund maintains a highly complex and diverse IT system landscape with over 1,500 experts for our specialist pension, rehabilitation and insurance procedures, our special procedures for private pension provision as well as our audit services and our corporate services such as HR and finance. When planning new projects, the IT department coordinates with its customers and the IT service providers of other pension insurance providers and works closely together on development.
Our IT department has several vacancies for DevOps Engineers (m/f/div) in the area of application development and operations. The areas of application in our teams are diverse and open up individual development opportunities in various fields of work.

Creating IT-related analyses, developing and implementing automation concepts for the Cl/CD lifecycle as well as coordinating, planning and implementing IT processes
Coordinating and developing Cl/CD templates and pipelines for building, testing and deploying software components
Monitoring and controlling IT processes as well as problem analysis and troubleshooting
Planning, conceptualizing and documenting DevOps processes and processing customer requirements
Developing, implementing and monitoring IT security and quality assurance measures
Successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT field or completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification in the IT field or comparable several years of practical work experience in the IT field
Experience in building Cl/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications, for example with Jenkins, ArgoCD or Tekton
Knowledge of container technology, preferably with Kubernetes
Experience in configuration, administration and automation in the Linux operating system, for example with Python or shell scripting
Advanced programming skills, for example in Java
