Are you the Maintenance Technician we are looking for? Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician? Eliminate waste and increase safety, quality, and value;
Preparation and execution of planned maintenance work orders, safely, in full and on time
Analysis of deviations in machine- and/or (machine related) product specifications using break down analysis methods
Responding to calls from Shift Supervisor and advice on repairs and prioritizing the urgency with plant supervisor
Carrying out preventive maintenance, including inspections, on all plant machinery as per preventive maintenance schedule
Initiating and supporting continuous improvement to all processes to promote and maintain safety, quality and production output
Training, coaching and instructing partners in routine preventive maintenance / autonomous maintenance
Dutch Middelbaar Beroeps Onderwijs (MBO) level 4 in Mechatronics or Electrical engineering combined with relevant experience in mechanical engineering;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical service department, performing maintenance on production equipment, in a (food) manufacturing environment;
Knowledge of workorder and spare parts management with a computerized maintenance management system;
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English;
Team player;
Standard Windows Software (Teams, Outlook);
Good salary between € and € 4800,- gross per month (excluding shiftwork bonus of 25,68%)
You will work in a 'relaxed 3 shift' system. This means that you only work the night shifts once every 6 weeks (instead of twice)
