System Administrator (m/f/d) Field Service
Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

Independent error analysis and the creation of incidents
Installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer's site
Carrying out administration and maintenance work
The training of IT contact persons (m/f/d)
You have IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
You are very familiar with the common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment
You have experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as in supporting networks
You work independently as well as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
