We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members, contributing directly to the guest experience and the hotel's reputation for high standards.
As a Room Attendant , your mission is to deliver exceptional cleanliness and hospitality, creating a comfortable and inviting space for every guest.✨ You play a vital role in the smooth operations of the hotel by ensuring that all guestrooms and assigned areas meet or exceed our cleanliness and presentation standards. Through your work, you help uphold our brand promise of service, quality, and care. #Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation: Make beds and change linens; clean and sanitize bathrooms; Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, stairwells, and housekeeping closets; Laundry & Linen Management: Remove and transport soiled linens to the laundry area; restock clean linens and towels.
Maintain housekeeping cart supplies, regularly restocking cleaning products, linen, and amenities to meet operational standards.
Guest Service: Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety standards, including correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; Quality Assurance: Perform self-inspections, report problems, and work with the housekeeping team to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; assist with training or mentoring new attendants if necessary.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required
